Accommodation There is an enclosed hallway leading to the front door from the living area.
The hallway has a built in wardrobe and large shelved cupboards for storage.
The shower room is also off the hallway and it has a walk in electric shower, a toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
There is off street parking beside the cottage and garden areas in front of and behind the cottage. The back garden is shared with the main house and there is also a loch side garden with further seating for guests.
The cottage sleeps two people and offers studio style accommodation with an open plan living/sleeping/dining area. It has a double bed, arm chairs and TV and a dining table and chairs.. It can also accommodate a small child in a cot if guests bring their travel cot.
The galley style kitchen is complete with a fridge, dishwasher, a two ring ceramic hob, a combination microwave/airfryer/oven and a washer-dryer for laundry.
